The basic concept of the linear
motor¡¯s mechanical design is£º
First decide the size of platen (work bench) for motor, then decide the number of motor.
It is very easy to make basic machine design.
To match the flying prober ICT for our product, Shindenshi developed
this type motor.

This
motor floats 20 micron on the platen (workbench)
, so it is complete free from wear and tear. Actually, there is no any
moving part inside the main unit.

contact area, so it is unnecessary to adjust the machine.

Compared with the structure of ball screw, it does not
need LM track, etc. vehicle track and guiding track.
