LinearMotor The basic concept of the linear motor¡¯s mechanical design is£º

First decide the size of platen (work bench) for motor, then decide the number of motor. It is very easy to make basic machine design.

To match the flying prober ICT for our product, Shindenshi developed this type motor.

This motor floats 20 micron on the platen (workbench) , so it is complete free from wear and tear. Actually, there is no any moving part inside the main unit.
Because there is no contact area, so it is unnecessary to adjust the machine.
Extremely simple structure
Compared with the structure of ball screw, it does not need LM track, etc. vehicle track and guiding track.

Compared with ball screw, etc. structure, it does not need LM pilot, etc. rail and guide bar device any more, so its structure is more simple. 

Perform cross 2 shafts driving by 1 main unit.
Sub-perpetual precision maintaining
Only the precisely processed platen (workbench) determines the precision.

The platen (workbench) being precisely processed determines the accuracy of the motor. Till to now, the main unit is not influenced by time or electric power and other motor, so if there is no mechanical conflict, there will be no quantity limit on the simultaneous installed and driving.
7£©The Moving Surface can be adjusted up/down   8£©From stop to high speed moving, there are numerous running speed can be chosen
No matter equipped the motor above or below the platen, it can operate normally.¡£ If not choosing distance and direction, the fastest running speed can reach 1m/second.
9£© High Torque and Low Energy Consumption    
Compared with the 2 phase motor with same structure, there is no impulse in torque and power consumption, so its efficiency is very high.
