First decide the size of platen (work bench) for motor, then decide the number of motor.
It is very easy to make basic machine design.
To match the flying prober ICT for our product, Shindenshi developed
this type motor.

, so it is complete free from wear and tear. Actually, there is no any
moving part inside the main unit.

need LM track, etc. vehicle track and guiding track.
