| Requirements | Graduated from university (engineering & technology department), junior college, short-term university or technical school; age from 20 to 38. |
| Working Place | Technicians work in headquarter |
| Salary | 230000-500000 yen/month. £ªFor the outstanding person in actual working capability will have other higher salary. |
| Holiday and vacation | Five working days per week (only needing go to work on the third Saturday of per month), taking a holiday with salary and various holidays in summer and at the beginning and the end of the year. |
| Working time | From 8:50 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (standard working time 7 hours and 45 minutes) |
